Sip authentic Egg Coffee (Cà Phê Trứng) on the terrace of Café Giảng

Invented in 1946 by Mr. Nguyen Van Giang when fresh milk was scarce during the war. Robust Vietnamese robusta drip coffee is topped with a velvety, whipped mixture of egg yolk, condensed milk, and sugar resembling sweet tiramisu custard.
