Hike Rose Valley (Güllüdere) at sunset to see pink rock formations glow

Rose Valley gets its name from the rose-tinted minerals in the volcanic tuff rock. As the sun sinks toward the horizon, the ridgelines and hidden rock-cut cave churches turn glowing magenta and fiery orange.
