Musegg Wall: climb the nine historic medieval watchtowers for lake panoramas
The surviving rampart fortifications built in 1386 wrap around the northern hills of Lucerne. Four of the massive stone towers (including Zyt tower with the city’s oldest clock) are open to the public free of charge, offering vistas of Lake Lucerne and the Alps.
